Noah crawling and my feelings on Jon & Kate

I'm not judging Jon and Kate I have no right to do so but I think its time to turn off the camera's its been time for them to that for a long time. They are going to take a break till August 3rd and then they start back with new episodes. I don't think they can live how they are living without having the show and with them not having any other jobs. They are supposed to do 40 shows in Season 5 and so far they've had 6 I believe.

The tabloids are making it out as Jon is the bad guy yeah I don't think so. Yes he's making poor and stupid choices but Kate has treated him like crap and Kate isn't making great choices either. I think they should have shut off the cameras and tried to work on there marriage in private. That would have been wise since they have the kids interest at heart so they say.

When the show first started it was good I actually liked to watch it but as the show has grown in popularity it became more about Jon & Kate and less about the kids and it came about going on a bunch of free trips and getting a lot of stuff for free. Now if I had 8 kids (which I have a feeling I would go crazy with 8) and someone offered me a tv gig do I think I would take it yeah I'm sure that helped them out with buying diapers and everything you need for 8 babies and its a hard thing to turn down. Would I have stayed on tv for as long no and I can honestly say this. I believe the kids need there privacy and the family. Could you imagine being those kids and having to go to school and all the other kids knowing what is going on in your family. That has to be so hard for them.

Do I feel sorry for Jon & Kate or am I sad they are going through this no I'm not. They made there choices and they saw what was going on between them. Do I feel sorry or sad for the kids YES. My heart goes out to the kids they are going to have to deal with this for years and years. Hopefully they'll have a peaceful and nice divorce for the kids sake but I'm doubting it.

On a happier note. lol. Noah is crawling and he's starting to pull up too. Where's has my baby gone. Here's a video of him crawling.

We had a great time at VBS very exhausting but lots of fun. We had about 50 kids every night which is great for our church. Hannah loved it and she wanted to keep going after it was over. I'm ready to get back into our normal routine!!

We have also started our Down by the Creek Bank practices!! We had 11 kids last night. Hopefully we'll continue to get more kids during the summer.

Zoo Trip 2009

Our church went to the zoo last Saturday. We'll 12 of us did. Annoying when you plan stuff and you have a lot of people saying they are going but when the day comes there are only 12 that shows but the other people want to complain that there isn't anything for the kids to do but whatever I tried. We had a blast though. Austin loved seeing all the monkeys which is his favorite animal and Hannah wanted to see the giraffes.

For awhile I thought Hannah would be just like me but I think it's going to be Austin. We walked through the petting zoo part and me and Austin had the exact same look on our face. lol. It stunk in there and I was ready to get out of there.

VBS and crawling!!

This is our VBS week its Sunday through Thursday from 6-9 p.m. so it's going to be a very busy and LONG week. I'm helping my mom teach the 2 & 3's which the only kid we have is Austin which he's enough. He really gets into the music. Hannah's having a great time too!! She already knows all the songs since Mr. Frank has played them on Wed. nights. I'm taking my camera tonight to take pictures and of course videos.

Noah is now a CRAWLER!! I can't believe it. We went and got groceries this morning and so I brought the kids in and put Noah on the floor and when I was coming in to drop off some groceries he was crawling all around like he's been doing it forever. Right when I was going to take a video of course he starts getting fussy he was tired and hungry. So I'll have to get a video of him later.

Update on the McClain's

So I stink at updating this but I doubt anyone reads it anyway.

Hannah is going to be 6 in September!! Holy moly!! Where did the time go?!?! She graduated from 4 year pre-k a few weeks ago. At the end of school they took a test to see if they were ready to go to Kindergarten well Hannah got a perfect score!! The teacher told me that she could probably skip Kindergarten and go to first grade and she'll probably be bored in Kindergarten. I'm so proud of her!!

Austin well he's still Austin and ALL boy!! He always has me on my toes thats for sure. He'll start 3 year pre-k in August. Kinda sad about him going off to school but it'll be good for him and hopefully teach him how to share.

Noah is the sweetest, calmest baby!! He's now 7 months! He's sitting up, getting up on his knees and trying to crawl he does go a little ways but hasn't gotten the hang of it yet. Oh and he's almost 18 pounds. He's the biggest of them all. That boy loves to eat and if I'm eating he's going to want to eat whatever it is I'm eating.

Been Awhile

Noah is now 4 months. He is such a good baby. He is getting a little fussy but I think he's teething so that explains why he is fussy. He rolls over from his back to his stomach all the time.

Austin turned 3 yesterday. We had his birthday party on Valentines day. He had a great time and got a lot of presents and his favorite part was the cake. The theme of his party was spiderman.

Hannah is still crazy. She's getting to have an attitude lately driving me crazy. She's really into Hannah Montana, Camp Rock and Jonas Brothers.

Austin and Noah both have check ups tomorrow and I'm excited to see how much they've grown. Here are a few pictures.
